Has anyone had any success with contacting the Hong Kong support team?
I have a UPS in warranty that exhibts the F02 and/or F06 error and is unusable, the unit is sill under warranty, however try as I might my calls go un answered and my weeks old tickets are ignored.
Would appreciate any advice, it's a very expensive doorstop at the moment....

ok, that was a chat with our US support telling you to contact China support. I did find other incidents though searching by your email. i will reach out to some contacts in China to try and help get this moving.

Again, thank you for your assistance, after your prodding they sprung into life, and the unit has been replaced, a slow start but recovered well 🙂
