I bought an online UPS from APC in July 2010 UPS model no. SUVT10000UXI of 10 KW . The ups developed some problem and complaint was registered at helpline ( Complaint No. C12951392243 ) . The service engineer said that the UPS will be replaced.It has been mare then a week nothing has been done Despite repeated reminders through telephone & mails. It's been aN extremely disappointing experience. NO ONE SHOULD BUY APC UPS. MOST HOPELESS SERVICE.

Thanx a ton, The issue was resolved after your kind intervention. But i wonder if u can take care of this issue from north America, why people in India Couldn't.

as i am in north america, i personally cannot handle and manage the case but i did try to escalate it to someone in India as i am not sure what is going on with it. i will see what we can do to figure out why this is not getting replaced for you. accept my apoplogies.
