I am trying to put through an order to get a replacement battery for my model BK 350 and I can't get it to go through. I keep getting a duplicate key error of some kind.
Is there anybody here who can help me with this or do I have to wait until support opens up on Monday?

If an error's gone through already on the web order site, I would leave it as is, then contact Sales tomorrow after 9am EST. Chances are, it failed once, and could go through, but won't because the CC is now flagged.
