📖HomeBack If you have significant change set to 'None' then the point's value will update when one of the following occur:
A user requests a 'Refresh'.
The value changes state, ie from 'high' to 'high high'.
When it's configured scan group expires.
If you want the analog point to have regular updates you have to enable significant change and set the deadband low. Critical analog points should have a low significant change deadband, but high enough to prevent jitters being sent to the database. For less critical points the deadband should be higher.
Although a 'Refresh' will update the point, a scheduled integrity will not update the value if the value has not changed state. This is the difference between an integrity poll and a refresh.
