Supported Geo SCADA Expert Versions
Geo SCADA Expert 2023 - Schneider Electric, Remote Operations, announces the release of EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert 2023, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. Geo SCADA Expert 2023 has support for new features in SCADAPack x70 RTUs and Realflo software, including quicker features for Modbus, Logic and DNP3 configuration. There's a new direct historian feed to AVEVA PI and AVEVA Data Hub online historian. New security features include Single Sign-On with integrated AVEVA Identity Management, and Two Factor Authentication for ViewX and Management tools. Support for a new MQTT Text and JSON driver is included too.
There are many smaller changes, including to ViewX mouse operations, file download from embedded items in mimics, direct protocol translation and new historian storage and access options.
Geo SCADA Expert 2022 - Schneider Electric, Remote Operations, announces the release of EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert 2022, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. Geo SCADA Expert 2022 has an OPC-UA protocol server for data access from compatible servers and devices. Support for the MQTT Sparkplug driver is included, with innovative automatic configuration features. Realflo 7.10 is now supported. This version also supports upgrades from Geo SCADA 2020 onwards using the database rollback feature for greater redundancy and resilience during system upgrades. There are also improvements to Virtual ViewX with the ability to configure SCADA items. Geographic Information System maps can also display Regions and more advanced animated symbols.
Geo SCADA Expert 2021 - Schneider Electric, Remote Operations, announces the release of EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert 2021, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. Geo SCADA Expert 2021 has an OPC-UA protocol driver for communicating with compatible servers and devices. Support for both upload and download of the latest features of SCADAPack x70 devices will reduce the cost of maintaining fleets of RTUs. Realflo 7.02 is now supported. We also include an IEC 61850 Driver for communication with IEDs [available from the February 2022 Monthly Update]. Upgrades from Geo SCADA 2020 onwards include a database rollback for greater redundancy and resilience during system upgrades. Alarm extensions include driver-side alarm persistence for generic DNP3, alarm suppression extensions and more. New networking features add security measures to client and server connections. There are also improvements to ViewX usability with a new navigation tree supporting multi-select and multi-monitor.
Geo SCADA Expert 2020 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, announces the release of EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert 2020, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. Geo SCADA Expert 2020 has an Ethernet/IP protocol driver for Allen Bradley PLCs, supporting Micro800, CompactLogix and ControlLogix devices. Upgrades to the Geo SCADA Mobile Server will enable new Android and iOS Apps to search the database and carry out extended functions. New networking features will simplify and add security measures to client and server connections. Support for the latest features of SCADAPack x70 devices, RemoteConnect features and Realflo will improve the integration and ease of use of these device types. There are also improvements to security and ViewX usability.
Geo SCADA Expert 2019 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, announces the release of EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert 2019, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. Geo SCADA Expert 2019 has a new web server which supports HTML5 browsers providing a true zero-install client with full operational features and use with PCs, laptops and tablets. A new driver system for MQTT 'IoT' protocols is included. More features include access to server management tools from the ViewX ribbon and Alarm redirection methods for user messaging.

The following ClearSCADA versions are no longer supported, and it is recommended that installations be upgraded to a supported ClearSCADA version above; we recommend you follow the Upgrade Instructions for trouble free upgrades.
Older ClearSCADA Release Versions
ClearSCADA 2017 R3 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, announces the release of ClearSCADA 2017 R3, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. ClearSCADA 2017 R3 with SCADAPack 570/575 RTU Integration, supports the latest generation of SCADAPack rPAC. ClearSCADA 2017 R3 software delivers a new integration experience to help you leverage the incredible capabilities provided by the RemoteConnect configuration environment of the SCADAPack 570/575 rPACs. All RTU features supported by RemoteConnect today can be configured within ClearSCADA and downloaded to the RTU. WITS-DNP3 v3.0 has new features and more efficient communications added to this now-global standard, including faster start, dead-band configuration and incident logging. DMZ Server Management now features adding password and user management for secure architectures. Performance Alarms help system administrators manage system load. SQL Access Control denies access to Edit Query dialog to specific users or a server's users. More features include access to script code from API, Quick Filter on arrays and enhanced LDAP search filters.
ClearSCADA 2017 R2 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, announces the release of ClearSCADA 2017 R2, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. ClearSCADA 2017 R2 delivers a new integration experience to help utilize the capabilities of the SCADAPack x70 range of smart RTUs. Polling performance has been enhanced in the FloBoss driver with the implementation of multi-read polling. The Advanced Driver network communications architecture has been redefined to support concurrent polling of multiple outstations at the same time on the same network channel. The WebX Server architecture has been enhanced to support a WebX server on a separate node from the ClearSCADA server. ClearSCADA's Event Journal suppression functionality has been enhanced to add support for per-object event suppression. 'Logout on Inactivity' and 'Inactivity Shutdown' options have been added. Some visual changes to the 'look and feel' of the ViewX interface have been made along with some functional improvements. These include: Display Multiple Explorer Bars, List All Documents, Locate in Database Explorer and Pin a Document. Note that from the June 2018 release of this version, there is support for multiple alarm banners on multi-head setups.
ClearSCADA 2017 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, announces the release of ClearSCADA 2017, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. Bringing increased efficiency in remote asset management, ClearSCADA 2017 is a major release that delivers a new level of functionality for geographically dispersed infrastructure, helping customers to unlock the geo-locational power of their SCADA assets, with the introduction of innovative location services and mapping integration. This release also includes Centralized User Management, allowing ClearSCADA users to be managed centrally within Active Directory (AD), permissions managed centrally from AD, and new User Accounts created automatically on logon when using AD Authentication. Not to mention Control & Feedback Validation Rules, enhanced Driver Functionality for Trio Radios and Sofrel RTUs, and enhancements to ViewX in a multi-monitor configuration.
SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2015 R2 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry and Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, announces the release of SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2015 R2, the newest version of our successful SCADA Host software. This version includes game-changing improvements to performance and scalability, with reductions of up to 90% in database processing time and server synchronization time, plus improvements to client responsiveness. We've included new features to ViewX including Database Search for improved usability, new trending options & enhancements, improved driver functionality, plus enhancements to operational empowerment, system administration and security. And finally (but certainly not least of all), we've given the Online Help an overhaul to make it more accessible and user friendly.
SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2015 R1 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry and Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, has announced the release of SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2015 R1, the newest major version of our successful SCADA Host software. This version includes enhancements to template efficiency via expressions and simplified property management, new WebX User Interface leveraging HTML5 for access to data from any browser, integrated calculation of alarm severity statistics to support creation of ASM displays, connectivity to Wonderware System Platform and Wonderware Historian to drive increased operational value and consolidate data from multiple ClearSCADA systems into a central repository, extended support to include new Liquids and Water Flow Measurement, a native O&G Driver suite including connectivity to more O&G RTUs, support for native Modbus Master/Slave configuration for SCADAPack E Smart RTUs, and enhanced system security via Client Access Control Lists, improved Auditing of Security Events, and enhancements to User Account Security.

SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2014 R1 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry and Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, has announced the release of SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2014 R1, the newest major version of our successful SCADA Host software. This version includes the New User Interface, simplified internal point calculations, Bulk Edit Tool, bulk modification of historic data, data set / row, 3D plotting, enhanced firewall and NAT support, restricted access to sensitive information, support for Internet Explorer 11, integrated interface to hydraulic modeling and enhanced PLC and Telemetry device connectivity.

SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2013 R2 - Schneider Electric, Telemetry and Remote SCADA Solutions Activity, has announced the release of SCADA Expert ClearSCADA 2013 R2, the newest minor version of our successful SCADA Host software. This version includes Automated Data Collection Management, XYZ Plots, enhanced security with restricted access to sensitive information, configurable listen ports for performing "Server Browse", Aquis Integration, SCADAPack 50 Driver, T-Box Driver, enhancements to DNP3 extension driver, support for SNMP version 3 and ability to perform bulk modification of historic data.

Additional On-Demand support for Modbus, IEC 60870 improvements and a Lufkin SAMS pump off controller driver have been added.
