I recently added a DMZ Standby server to our existing Hot-Standby server environment. ClearSCADA version is 2017 R3 (July 2019). When I login to the ViewX instance on a fully synced DMZ Standby server, the Home button on the ribbon is disabled. My user account has a home page assigned and this doesn't load automatically when I login.
However this is not the case when I login to the ViewX instance on the Main / Standby server (Not DMZ or Permanent Standby). The home button is enabled and the home page on my account loads without any issues on these servers
When I login to WebX on the DMZ standby server (http://localhost) the home page loads without any issues.
I changed the server role from DMZ Standby to "Lone server", surprisingly ViewX doesn't have the issues I mentioned above and everything works perfectly. I find it hard to believe if the server role has something to do with this issue.
Has anyone had this issue before?
Thanks
