If you have a .NET Runtime error then my thoughts are that someone has uninstalled one of the required .NET versions after having installed ViewX.
My recommendation would be to uninstall ViewX from this client, and re-install ViewX (only). It should re-install the .NET prerequisites also.
If it still causes a repeatable error, then you will want to raise it as a support ticket with your local Tech Support. The logs etc may reveal some more information, and you can potentially work around the issue if you can identify it as being something about a particular mimic etc, but raising it with tech support to get investigated and fixed long term is the way forward.
