You can write a DDK to do that, we do, but I can't share the code.
An alternative could be to use Node-RED to pull data from ClearSCADA and publish to to the MQTT broker. Can see some Node-RED stuff at https://github.com/clearscada
Hi,
Node-red is a good solution. I am having a problem of login with SOAP. Host name is ipaddress of the machine. and port number is 80. node red component tries for login call but generates an error. Error in Login..
any help on this!
Could be caused by many things. What version of ClearSCADA / Geo SCADA are you using?
A good way to diagnose is to enable all Web logging types (in Server Status Tool - disable the others too) then get NodeRed to attempt connection and then check the server logs for the login sequence. (Best done with HTTP connection). You can compare the login with a successful legacy WebX login to see what's different.
I am going to build a c# windows service in the next couple of days which to pull data from clearscada via api and share it to Mqtt, as part of knowledge sharing.
I will post it on github
Please tell me about ur case requirement to know the best generic terms to build the tool.
