[Imported] Efficienly get user who disabled alarm

I'm trying to get a list of all disabled alarms, with the time that it was disabled and by which user.

Getting the disabled alarms and the times are easy using the CAlarmObject and CAlarm tables, but it seems that to get the user who diabled it, I need to query the event journal. The CAlarm table does have a reference to the last disable event, but it uses the sequence number, which isn't an index, so it looks like the whole event journal gets scanned anyway.

Is there a more efficient way of getting this information out?
