I have a screen with two trends embedded on it. The trends each have a hyperlink to themselves so they can display fullscreen when an operator clicks on them. They are both configured the same and open the same in viewx but in webx one gvies the following error: res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm# followed by the url for the page I was launching the trend from. If I type the name of the trend in the browser address bar, IE navigates there no problem. Has anyone had a similar issue or know what the problem could be?
Thank you,
Allen
If you just copy the URL listed after the 'res:iframe.dll/acr_error.html#' portion and paste it back into IE does it work?
In searching for the acr_error portion, there are quite a few results. And they all seem to boil down to some attempt to clean slate Internet Explorer, and then the problem just goes away.

Given it works if you use it directly, then I'd suspect maybe it's not an IE issue, and it might be a subtle configuration issue around this second trend 'popout'. If you copy and paste the animation from the first 'over' the second, does it work to display the first trend on popout... and then try copying and pasting the second elsewhere and see if it still has issues... that would narrow it down to a problem with the animation in use in some manner.
Do they have characters different between them? Perhaps paste the fullname of each of the trends here so that we can inspect also.
