Com'X510 Negative Power

Hello,

I have noticed that Com'X can not visualise negative"Active Power", hystorical trending freezes when you want to visualise:

That's a pity, you can not use a com'x when you have both received and delivered energy or negative and positive power

Is this a known issue?

Hi Koen,

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. I also tested on 3.5.15, and was able to recreate the exact issue you specified. When I tried our newest development snapshot of the firmware, I was not able to recreate the issue. I spoke with the engineering team, and they confirmed that this issue had been discovered and corrected recently. The fix for this issue will be included in our next release (Q2 this year). Here is a image of the corrected dashboard:
