One of our custmor has deploied the server access, when he tried to access the remote console, it always stay on this page.

Could you ask customer to try it with a different browser (Chrome or FireFox recommended). I suspect that they are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and it may not be supported by the vendor of the Network Management card of the server.

Chrome is not supported since this feature depends on a java applet. So ensure that java is installed and enabled in the browser.
