Upon installing equipment in a rack, DCO will not let me select a phase for the PDU and gives the error of "Please select a phase for the rack PDU". The genome and device match and are AP8841 PDU's, with a power phase of L3-L1. The device is appropriate in showing multiple values of voltage (100-240V autorange) input and successive change to almost all settings change nothing.

Timothy. This is problem a power path configuration issue with the rack pdu's and/or the racked item(s). Is there an information alert on the rack (shows as a little "i" label in the top right side of the rack in the rack view) which states items in the rack do not support the output breaker rating of the rack pdu? or perhaps there's an informational alert on the racked devices stating the phase config is not supported by the rack pdu? The rack pdu must be properly connected to the room power path. The rack pdu's power properties has a list of output voltages you can set, the racked devices has a list of input voltages it can support in its power properties. If you select the "recommendation" tab, and click the link icon then select the rack all of the information messages for the rack should appear in the recommendation pane. Those messages should help us understand why you cannot select a phase. Regards Greg Sterling
