How do I do a factory reset on a netbotz250?
I don't see any field under the network tab with that option, and the help manual does't help also.

Thanks for the answer, I was looking at that, but it doesn't work, I suspect I have a hardware failure.

If the steps described by Bala did not seem to help. You can issue a telnet/SSH command on the NMC to reset it to defaults.apc>resettodef ? Usage: resetToDef -- Configuration Options resetToDef -p <all | keepip>
If this still does not help, deleting the database manually and/or issuing a format command can also be done via telnet or SSH to wipe the flash memory and any remaining configurations including your current TCP/IP settings.

Hi Ricardo, In addition to Justin's answer, I suggest to make sure that you are using the administrator user name and password when you are doing the steps. It is most likely not related to hardware issue.
