hi
i can't access to my both nbrk0200 on network or hyperterminal or usb or ....
this nbrk0200 didn't recognize the sensors !
how can i fix it ?

Hello Hosein,
I would recommend that you contact your local technical support team to assist in troubleshooting. If you are not able to access the unit via either a web browser or the serial port you may have a larger issue then the sensor not being seen by the unit.
