I am not sure where to post or ask about this. But the old forum location https://login.ecostruxureit.com to download DCE/DCO now uses Two Factor Authentication. I HAVE to enter in a phone number or use a cell phone based Authentication app. There are no other choices.
Why? And why can't you provide a code to an email? I do not want to provide my cell phone number or use one of the Authentication apps. If those are the only options, how can I get my updated versions of software?
Any advice? Any way to add another way to get a code? via email or have an automated system which calls my physical phone and gives me a code verbally?

For the time being below is the phone number & email form to get in touch with the team that can provide DCO/DCE download links (assuming you have a valid support contact):
The only currently available options are those that are presented to you at the time you register your account. I have passed over your feedback to product management so they are aware of your concerns.
As an FYI to all, dcimsupport.ecostruxureit.com uses the same set of login credentials as ecostruxureit.com, both logging in via the login.ecostruxureit.com signin/signup page.
If you were looking to access upgrade downloads for DCE/DCO, we are currently working on this feature, and expect it to be released soon. If these are the downloads that you are inquiring about, and you do not want to utilize your cell phone number (SMS) or install an app on your cell phone for Authenticating, you will need to contact technical support each time you wish to access the current upgrade links.
As @Jef responded with, you will need to work through local technical support for the time-being to access upgrade files for DCE/DCO. They will guide you through the proper way to access upgrade files that is available at the time you request them.
Disclaimer: Access to upgrade links via the Help Center will only be available to customers located within North America.
Appreciate your reply's. I was under the impression that website was the replacement to the old one and did have the ability to download the updated files.
I will contact my rep and work that way to get the updated files.
