Hello guys,
I'm trying to integrate an Uniflair downflow CRAC as a SNMP device with Carel pCOWeb card. I requested a DDF to the multivendor service and after import it I cannot see right values. All values are N/A or -85899,3460. Multivendor said me it's due a bad configuration but I don't know how to configure it.
Accessing with the web browser also can see a right values as you can see in the attached screenshot

Hi Enric.
Please find below my suggestions.
1) For the device
In case you see "U"-signs in the Web-interface it is not the problem of the DDF. In general it is the problem of communication between controller (pCO1) and card (pCO-Web). It is also available to check it in the MobBus register table in the "Summary page" (unfortunately can't show it as have no access to web-interface). In case you see U-signs in all cells you definitely have something wrong with controller to card connection
Double-check communication parameters in the pCO-Web and also in the controller (speed: 19200 and protocol: Standard) with LCD-menu on the CRACK. CRACK rebooting is also will be useful.
2) TCP Modbus connection
When you will see right data in the Web-interface you can start to integrate devices into the DCE. To use TCP Modbus you need to have ModBus DDF for it. Then delete the device. Add Modbus DDF to DCE. Then make "Add device" ->"ModBus TCP" and point out IP of the device and DDF that DCE should use.

Hi Enric,
There are multiple different Uniflair devices available. There is also an issue with the Carel pCOWeb card. That card re-uses OIDs. The same OID that may be a temperature for one unit could be a pressure OID for another unit. There is also no OID in the card that properly defines what unit you are polling. Due to this, DCE can not tell what unit it is communicating with. If you have more than one Carel DDF or more than one type of device with that card in it, we can not differentiate between the 2 and may use the wrong one. I strongly suggest using the Modbus feature of the Carel pCOWeb card if that is the case.
If on the other hand, you only have one type of Carel device / Uniflair cooling unit AND you have only 1 Carel DDF, It should work fine. The issue there sounds like it could be the wrong DDF. If you know the OIDs for the different sensors on the device, you can actually open the DDF and look for these values. You can then see what text is associated with that OID. You can manually poll that OID on the device to see if it is pulling these strange numbers from the device itself (device is having the issue) or if the OIDs are incorrect and again, the DDF is the wrong one.

Hi Enric, I know the uniflair / Carel systems have that option but I do not have one available to provide configuration information. Hopefully there are others on the post here that can assist with that. Pleas note, if you do try to add it as a modbus device, you'll need to delete it as the device it is now AND you will need a modbus specific DDF. Steve

Hi Enric Climent,
I think problem is in your serial port setting (Baud Rate) put the same value on both side (unit and web page) after that you can able to see the real time monitoring of CRAC unit.
1) Go to unit and set the serial port rate 19200.
2) Then open the web page > Configuration > username & password > pCO Com > and set the Baud Rate 19200.
