Hello Fausto
First make sure your DCE server has been added to your DCO server as an external system using the procedure described here:
Configuring StruxureWare Data Center Expert integration
Once your DCE server is added to DCO you must associate the devices discovered by DCE to assets in DCO. The discovered DCE devices should appear in the unassociated assets list which appears when you click the "Planning-Device Association" button in the DCO desktop client.
This procedure describes that process in more detail.
Associating Live Data from an External System to the Layout
Once association has been completed and your DCO solution saved it may take a little time for the measured power to appear in the power overlay in DCO. Its also possible the power meter DDF could need an adjustment if its not setup to share power data from DCE to DCO.

Hi Fausto,
Additional to Greg's comments, if your "PM5340" device is able to provide power data to DCE, but may require certain DDF file(s) (I guess this might be the main issue here), then please post your device support request here: http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices
Kind regards
