i tried with restarting the server also , client is getting restarted when iam trying to open only one site

Apparently there might be some unexpected configuration in the setup - so this seems to be solution related and may require closer look into the logs and backup file. However, due to recent data protection regulations we may not accept data (such as logs and backups) without a signed agreement with the client/customer. I can contact you by direct email to provide the form to be signed?

I have just found out that we do not need to make additional agreement contracts, the usual support contract should be good enough. To be able to troubleshoot the reported issue, would it be possible to ask for the following data:
client application.log file (located in C:\Users\<user name>\.isxo\8.x\Operations\application.log)
server logs (can be collected from server webmin interface: StruxureWare DC Operation>Download Log File> Download log files)
a copy of the latest backup file
