Hi, what is the PN for PDU, UPS & Inrow?
Did you search for right ddfs on ddf site?
What is the error message?

UPS APC Smart-UPS SRT 8000VA RM 230
Inrow ACRD101
PDUs AP8958As
There were default ddf files for APC devices on DCE so we have not look for them. Is it required?

Hi Oscar,
If you're getting a DDF transfer error "Device status may be inaccurate due to attempt to transfer DDF failed", please check out k-base FA177004. It describes the reason for the error and how to resolve it.
Thanks,
Steve

Steven Marchetti sent link to check if you have FTP protocols blocked on SNMP cards.
I think this he is right regarding the issue.
Also it is good to update ddf files, no matter if it is APC equipment.
Personally I couln`t get data from AP8858 without updating PDU ddf file.
