I need to update Data Center Expert 7.2.7 or 7.3.0. Where can I find it?

You would need to contact the local tech support, go to the following general page:
and choose your country/region.
Please be prepared that the tech support may ask for a valid support contact.
PS. it is recommended to upgrade the product to latest version (currently DCE 7.5).

Which version are you currently using?
StruxureWare Data Center Expert version 7.5.0 is the latest release.
If you are at version 7.2.7, 7.3.0, or a prior version, then you will need to work with technical support to get up to version 7.5.0. Technical support will need to confirm that you have valid support contracts before upgrade links can be provided.
This is the order of upgrades that would need to be followed to get to version 7.5.0.
Version 7.2.6 to 7.2.7
Version 7.2.7 to 7.3.1 (if at 7.3.0 then I believe you go straight to 7.4.3)
Version 7.3.1 to 7.4.3
Version 7.4.3 to 7.5.0.
