Hi,
I have noticed that when i unplug and plug any sensor (Temperature/Humidity) - even for a few seconds - from NetBotz-570, the NetBotz see it as a new sensor with the default configuration (Sensor name/Alarm thresholds/...etc.), and i have to re-configure it again to change the sensor name and alarm threshold.
Is this the case with anyone else?

Dear Momen Samy,
As far as I understand, the number of the universal sensor port does not change (sensor unpluged and pluged to the same sensor port)? Did I understand you correctly?
I have never encountered such a problem, but it is interesting to know with what models of sensors you experimented and which firmware version in your NetBotz-570?
For a begin, I would recommend updating the NetBotz-4.x firmware to the current version v.4.6.3.
With respect.

I wouldn't upgrade to v4.6.3 if you are using email notification. see K-base FA365716. I down graded to 4.6.2 and the email notification worked fine.
