Hello Caroll. I don't see an error on the screen. If you change to the status view does the screen show your server status is normal, or does the about entry in the struxureware dc operation menu show you're server has upgraded?
You can upgrade directly from DCO 8.1 to 8.2.7.
If your DCO server does not have access to the internet you should try running the upgrade checking the "do not download packages from the internet" box (see below).
There are some cases where an update from 8.1 to a newer release will fail if there's no internet access from the DCO server. Let us know if that appears to be the case for you as we may need to send you a webmin patch which allows the upgrade to succeed in that case.

We have made the update from 8.1.0 to 8.2.7 and the web client remains as service is starting, pasted without access.
Please help urgently, we need the patch to lift the application.

Did the web server status return to normal after a wait?
The end portion of the upgrade from earlier DCO 8.x releases to the very recent 8.2.x releases includes a database update which occurs after the node reboots (so it will report its running 8.2.7) but the web client will appear to be starting for a while.
Depending on the size of your installation and performance of your server these steps may take a while to complete.
