One of my customers get this message when he do a device discovery on the GW software installed on a server. The UPS is a 2 month old G5500 with internal batteries.
Is this a known problem and if it is, when is the plan for support this ?

Galaxy 5500 UPS with AP9635 is very much supported on EcoStruxure IT Gateway. In order to discover Galaxy 5500 UPS NMC2 on EcoStruxure IT Gateway software, the Card must be configured with the UPS Serial Number and its configuration through Console mode or telnet. I have sent an email to you with the instructions as it must be followed by a certified Galaxy 5500 UPS FSR.
