Hi, logging into dco web client and stuck at this page.
"Loading DC depending on the size of the room this might take a minute or two".
Desktop client able to log in without any issues.
DCO version 8.1

It might be caused by an error in the web client. In order to verify that you could open developer tools in Chrome:
The the tools will show up to the right:
If you then open the room, the console to the right should show errors if there are any. If there are, could you send us a screen shot of them for debugging?
You can also try to share the backup, then we will check if we can reproduce in our environment?

sorry for the late reply, yes i managed to solve the issue by rebooting the dco.
