Struxureware data center expert add DDF issue

I have install the AP9465. But now we are facing an issue, as we add the FMZ5000 DDF in  Mod bus Device definition. It does not show this file into this window. IN this window generic DDF files are also not showing  in this tab.

I recommend reaching out to your local technical support to troubleshoot this issue.  They will likely need to verify that DDFs are still installed on the back-end of the server, and if not, investigate further as to why they are missing.  If they are on the back-end, they will need to troubleshoot why the DDFs are not showing within the client.
