Apache serves up http status 404 "the requested resource is not available".
We had received an email that we should update Struxureon Gateway to the new version, it seemed to go fine but after doing it we get the above...
What can we do to repair this?
The software is installed on a Windows Server 2012 R2 virtual machine.

Could you try clearing the cache of your web browser? We have seen some cases where the previous Gateway version's web content is cached incorrectly, resulting in pages that cannot be found when browsing the Gateway server after upgrade. We've fixed this issue in our forthcoming release, so you should not need to do this going forward.

It is something else, because we have tried from multiple pcs/browsers including from the server that this software runs on itself.
