Hello Michael.
I will send you a direct email with a more detailed response from the EcoStream team. Here is a summary of their response.
Legacy EcoStream does expire after a certain amount of time. Users can download the most recent Legacy EcoStream from the Design Portal site, with a valid expiration date set. Occasionally, we have seen the expiration message reported erroneously. If this is the case, we do not have a fix for legacy EcoStream.

Greg Sterling
Hello Sir,
It was done but didn't clear the issue. Can you please prepare for a remote session to check on this.
Thanks and Best Regards,
MSalah
Hello Michael, I forwarded your update to he EcoStream team. Someone from the team is planning to respond.

Hi Michael,
You are currently using the legacy version of EcoStream. It sounds like you have attempted to re-install the legacy version of EcoStream but are still getting the expiration error. This is a known issue. We do not have a way to fix this legacy EcoStream bug.
However, you can now use the EcoStream 2020 pilot, directly from the Design Portal.
https://designportal.apc.com/analyticTools/ecostream.htm
All you need to do is request access using the blue 'Request Access' button on the main part of the page. Once you request access, the EcoStream team will approve your access and you will be able to use the latest version of EcoStream in your web browser. The EcoStream 2020 pilot comes with a number of improvements over the legacy version of EcoStream.
If you have any additional questions or issues with EcoStream, please contact us at
