Dear Fiaz Ahmed,
I suspect, that you mean the alarm messages from your screenshot in the topic .?
If so, then you need to apply the solution from the above topic.
With respect.

No this is different alarm (Communication Lost), not DDF.

Dear Fiaz Ahmed,
Ok, then you should first try to increase the SNMP timeouts slightly when polling your problematic cooling devices. For example, as shown in my screenshot:

Dear Spezialist, I don't have DDF for ACRP502 for DCE v7.5.0, I will be glad if you please could share if you have it.
Regards.

Dear Fiaz Ahmed,
Your problem - it is not DDF-file related problem. Since you can see the sensors and their values of your ACRP502 cooling device(s). It's right? Can you show a device sensors screenshot from DCE-client?
Your problem is an unstable/unreliable connection between your DCE-server and the ACRP502 cooling device(s). Can you show the history of alerts on your ACRP502 cooling device from a DCE-client?
With respect.

Ok. Do you have all the ACRP502 cooling devices with such a problem (lost of communication)? Or just a few, while other ACRP502 cooling devices work fine (i.e. in DCE-client all sensors are visible for this devices)?
With respect.

Only few cooling units having such issue (communication lost alarm).
Other units working normal.
Yes all sensors are visible.

Dear Fiaz Ahmed,
Your problem of periodic lost of communication with some ACRP502 cooling devices – the problem is not related to the DCE software.
I strongly recommend, that you got help from your organization's NOC. Then the staff of your NOC will be able to deal with the problem of network access to your some ACRP502 cooling devices at the network level.
Try it.
With respect.
