Hi Omar,
As you may have noticed already, the notification says that the essential services are not running and you need to reboot the server.
However, before rebooting the server, I would suggest to verify the local disc is not full (via Webmin, -> "System Information").
If the local disc is full, then basically you need to free some space:
a) move the "old backup files" (from /data/backup) to somewhere else (your laptop or network drive for safe keeping)
b) ssh log in to the server, and run the following command to clean up, and then reboot:
sudo su
service operations purge
reboot
It will take approximately 15-20 minuets until the server is ready to be used.
