How can I do to query information in the SQL database from another program?

You are not permitted to access the DCO internal DB.
But, you can export the data to another DB so you can write SQL to read it.
There are many of us on the forum who have a lot of experience with this environment so please ask your questions and share your experience here.

For DCE, you can't pull directly from the database but you can pull information from the server using the web API. INfo on this can be found here:
