Hi support,
Today I found the above problem. I.e., if in the form of a request for device support to attach for the validation of a DDF *.xml file, then after clicking on the REQUEST button, there is such a big JVM error:
If the DDF *.xml file is archived, for example in *.zip, then the device support request is generated normally.

Update: xml bug is now solved and patch is live and ready to be used 😀

Hello spezialist,
the backend server that hosts the requests cannot parse your xml, thus the error. I'll try find a solution to this within the week. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
