I have a rack monitor 570 . Its does not build network with laptop or network s/w. Only Green light is blink on network port (yellow light is off constantly). When we connect the rack monitor with laptop or s/w. Is it hardware or software issue.

I have a rack monitor 570. After applying this procedure it stop on a starting boot services. On other side when we connect this rack monitor with advance view utility it stop on this step. Image is attached for your kind reference.
