Hello,

I have a rack monitor 200. when we integrate to this unit with DCE . DCE (7.4.1) giving an error(device status may be inaccurate because an attempt to transfer DDF failed)

This error is due to DCE being unable to access the device via (default) FTP. The following knowledge base FAQ provides more detail:
