Rack Monitor 570 connectivity issue with sensor pod

Hello,

I have installed the rack monitor 570 and 4 sensor pod (150) at one of our client site. But there is an issue  as i have connect the sensor pod with the rack monitor . It does not show any sensor pod in advance view. Rack Monitor assign the (01 ) number to all  sensor pod. Connectivity is fine of all sensor pod with rack monitor.

From your question:

This means only one thing - there is no correct connection between the sensor pods, but power is supplied. For more on this, see Steven Marchetti answer from topic :

The 150 uses ID #1 by default. If the device sees another pod in the chain has that ID, it gives it #2 and so on. Subsequently that pod will always have ID #2 until it is added to a chain where #2 (or whichever it was last given) is taken and it will get the next available ID. If it's been attached to a chain, it will retain that ID. There is currently no way to manually alter these IDs...

Please check again:

• the presence of the correct terminator in the A-Link port of the last sensor pod in the chain;
• the communication line between the sensor pods is made from Cat. 5e twisted-pair network cable;
• RJ-45 connectors on the above mentioned communication line are crimped correctly and equally (either T-568A or T-568B standard);
• use a standard network cable tester to check the communication line.
