I'm a running DCE 7.5.0 with 2 nbrk0570 4.6.2 with 4 cam each.
On alarm history on DCE I have picture clips, on the surveillance tab I don't have any clip.
Cameras are licensed, netbotz is posting, I get emails with pics, everything is working properly, except surveillance.
How can I troubleshoot this?

It may be caused by timestamp differences.
Check that time settings (time and time zone) on DCE and Netbotz are correct.

I am having a similar issue - I have 4 cameras in different rooms and all were recording footage, and then one camera stopped. I was told to reformat and re-config, I am not able to do this now.
Please share any info, resolution.
