Hello, Just got a Netbotz 250 and upgraded the firmware with apc_hw05_aos646_nb250646_bootmon108. Now the network port lights are not on. I cant access it even via usb console. Please advise

Hi Stine,
I've never seen a firmware upgrade cause an NMC based product to become totally unresponsive even through the console. It sounds more like hardware. I suggest making sure all sensors and cables are disconnected. Power cycle the unit by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Try now to reconnect only the console cable and attempt to configure / access starting there. Maybe even try connecting using another computer. If you can't even get into the unit with no other connections, there's little else that can be done.
