Hi There,
I've added a new A/C unit to our APC ecostrucxure environment and when I view it on the DCE web page can see the sensor information with updates. But when I view the same A/C unit from my mobile app, I do not see the same information and all of the status information is missing.
Any ideas what is going on?
Thanks, Nick

Dear Nicholas Refalo,
What is the version of your mobile app?
Could you please give us a couple of screenshots to clarify your problem?
You can see in the mobile app the values of sensors (numeric, not graphics)?
With respect.

Hi Nicholas Refalo, thanks for posting!
I suggest you create a ticket from the mobile app by navigating to the A/C unit in question and clicking the "+" icon.

Dear Nicholas Refalo,
Perhaps you will be able to read a similar topic .
My practical advice: when creating a support ticket in a mobile app, it's better to immediately specify a web-link to your topic here on EcoStruxure IT Help Center. This will quickly solve your problem.
With respect.

hello
yes, this issue has been resolved but as to what the fix was that I'm unsure of. This issue had been causing concern for about 2 weeks, I tried many different troubleshooting steps to no avail. Then I opened this case and the next day the issue was resolved. Not sure if something in the backend had been adjusted all I know is that my problem had been resolved.
thanks Nick
