i am getting an alert from my netbotz 550 appliance saying that all the sensor pods were unplugged but it was reconnected at the same time, the alert showed for less than a second, can anyone help to explain why this would happen, because i was connected to the appliance at the time it happened.

The first thing I would suggest is looking at the device itself. Are there listings in the logs or data showing anything being disconnected? Is it all sensors or just specific sensors? If it's just specific ones, check connections to the 550, between the unit and any pods, or between the sensors themselves and pods.
Something else to look at is how many sensors and pods are connected. If you have many pods, perhaps they require more power. If this is happening on a regular basis, disconnecting pods or sensors or testing with different power options may be the best option. If the issue is only happening once a month or so, it may be much more difficult to troubleshoot.
In any case, you need to address the full configuration and not just look at the error messages as a single issue.

the logs do show the pods being disconnected, there are two external and the integrated , sensor pod, 18 sensors in total(12 temp and 4 temp/hum), the sensors are saying they are being disconnected only the pods. The disconnect issue only started today(20-12-16).
