Dear Shaik Mahboob Ali,
In that case, see my comment netbotz appliance bot post login failed on this issue:
But if all these methods do not work for you at all (?why I don’t know?), then I can offer the last radical method: restore the NetBotz-4.x appliance to factory defaults. How to do this remotely without losing the IP configuration is well written in topic I want to reformat my Netbotz Appliance.
Hope this helps you.
With respect.

Hi, I did reset & system warning msg gone but now reset devices are not sending alarms using smtp & giving error. We have added devices IP in relay already.
Please we need urgent support as these devices are our remote site.

Dear Shaik Mahboob Ali,
After unconfig your NetBotz appliance to factory default settings, you had to manually reconfigure its basic settings. This concerns the setting of the SMTP server and other settings regarding the sending of email notifications.
Tell us please, before unconfig to factory settings, did you noted/remember these basic settings?
With respect.

Ok, thanks for the good feedback.
P.S.: don't forget to mark this topic as successfully resolved: that is, "Netbotz Appliance Bot Post from IP address xx.xx.xx.x; login failed" was solved by the unconfig NetBotz appliance.
