I recently did maintenance on a Netbotz 570 appliance. The appliance has two sensor pods and a 48 port brick with all configured sensors and alerts working as they should. The appliance is running Botzware v4.3.0
I was not able to change the thresholds on the temperatures sensors nor i was able to upgrade the appliance to the latest Botzware. The reason for this being that the Configuration button was missing from Advanced View. This was also tried on a different machine using a different version of Advanced View and this gave the same result. I also tried to change the temperature thresholds from the About page and as soon as i click the button there was a pop-up and Advanced View closes on its own.
I would like to know if anyone has had this issue before and how this is resolved. I did not do a configreset either.

if if this were a bug of some sort, it would be in advanced view. If you do not see this issue with other devices, we can pretty much rule that out.
What I would suggest is doing a TFTP upgrade of the device. I don't have the kbase handy at the moment but you can find the procedure there. If you don't want to lose your config, try using the "keep" option notes near the end of the article.
Im also curious how this unit got configured in the first place. If your user has the rights and this was accessible previously, there could be something that is corrupt and a configreset or TFTP flash without the keep option would probably be the correct course of action.

Short addition: you can find instructions in ReadMe file, placed in "tftp" folder of firmware package.
