I imported my netbotz cameras in to Struxureware DCE. They were working fine, now they all have black screens when i try to view them. They have timestamps and are connected, but black screens. Any ideas?

Hi - A few things that came to mind would be make sure you enabled surveillance, explained here: http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA297815
Also, which camera SKUs are these and which BotzWare version are these currently running? If they are SKUs that end in "A" like NBPD0160A or NBWL0355A, NBWL0455A, we'll want to make sure they are upgraded to 4.6.2 as it is required for the camera hardware to work correctly. This is covered a little bit here:
