Afternoon,
My NetBotz 550 camera doesn't show anything and gives a weird picture... I am assuming to show it isn't just black. See below.

Hi David,
Are you able to view the camera when accessing the Netbotz appliance via Advanced View? If you do not have Advanced View, you can download it from the link below.
Is this a new installation or has been working before? What is the model of the Camera?
I would try to reboot the Netbotz appliance and see if that makes any difference.
Kind regards,
John

Dear David Nichols,
Tell us please, what is your model of a surveillance camera? Do you see the image from the surveillance camera in the APC Advanced View software?
The more detailed you describe the problem, the faster you will be helped 😀.
With respect.

I just discovered it is giving me an error that "No cameras are enabled on this appliance."

In APC Advanced View software click first on Camera Pod (left side), then click Camera View (right side).

I didn't set it up. It is an inherited system.
I assumed since it was there, with a green dot next to the icon. And it is flashing green and plugged in via USB it works.
Also when you unplug it I get an alert that it has been disconnected/unplugged.
Is there anything I need to do?

Don't worry. Found a setting that turned it on. Cheers all.
