My first thought is to reflash the kernel image but I can't seem to find a copy of the firmware anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi @jkhuon ,
If this is indeed an issue with the firmware, a TFTP flash of the system should resolve it. Instructions for that procedure are here:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA176133
Please note this mentions the newer units but it should be the same for the older ones as well.
As for the firmware, I've found a copy and put it on box where hopefully you can download it. I was able to download myself using edge but Chrome blocked it due to tftp.exe and a false warning about it. This link should be good for 2 weeks:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If anyone else runs into this, i tried the above linked instructions and the postupg worked, but the rootupg still failed with bad data crc..
After some more searching, i found some instructions that had a "kernupg' command in between thet postupg and rootupg..
I did that and it was successful and then the rootupg worked after as well.
Thanks again to Steve for the files and help.
Thanks...I forgot all about that kernupg. Isn't that in the instructions contained in the firmware (as opposed to the FAQ)?
The firmware zip didnt have any instructions, i was just going by the faq link above.
Hello
Can you share the box link again to download the upgrade file for NetBotz 420? I have some issue with a Netbotz 420 and I want to recovery it using the firmware file 2.6. Regards
Luis Lopez / SE FSR / SESA369561
Here's the link for the file @sesa369561_FSR :

To all those that need the file in the future, please contact your local support directly as I will no longer be updating this post,
Thanks,
Steve
I too am in need of the latest/last Netbotz 420 firmware, I attempted to follow your instructions to contact support but I was told the following:
"Our concerned team has informed us that post your message and download issue in the forum: https://community.exchange.se.com/t5/EcoStruxure-IT-forum/bd-p/ecostruxure-it-forum
Could you please check and let us know?
Kind Regards,
Schneider Electric Exchange Support"
I attempted twice more telling them that the forum told me to contact support, but each time they replied with that same message.
It would be great if you could post a download link to the old firmware but without the 2 week expiration so in the future people like me don't have to bug you.
Alternatively, it would also work if this link was restored: http://updates.netbotz.com/patches/bw/2.6.2/tftpCobra262.zip
Sorry for re-opening this topic once again, but I'd rather do this than start a new topic.
Thank you for your concern,
Callan
