Because I was unable to install camera pod 150 in NBRK, it worked after firmware upgrade but the upgrade messed with web interface.
Now im facing a new problem that no Rack Monitor is displaying web interface on any of the web brower installed ie. Explorer / Chrome etc.
can anybody highlight the mistake Im doing ? or Im missing something ?
Thanks in advance,
Regards,

Hi Raza,
I've not seen any issues where a browser won't open the bot's web page, especially when it worked with old firmware.
What firmware did you upgrade to exactly?
Can you access the NetBotz appliance using Advanced View?
Are you accessing the appliance directly or launching through DCE?
If DCE, is it on the public or private LAN?
Can you access it serially? If so, can you verify the IP has not changed (DHCP)?
Thanks,
Steve

Hello Steve,
My issues are still same, couldn't find any solution.
Now let me answer what you asked:
I have upgraded the default FW to 4.6.2
Yes I can access using Advanced View without any problem
I have tried accessing both ways, through DCE and directly on a browser & getting same results. Login is OK, but it displays an empty webpage showing only command menus.
I'm accessing DCE on public LAN, also tried with my laptop via private lan.
Yes I can access using serial, it has Static IP addressing.
Also, everything was working fine before FW upgrade, everything is still working fine except device webpage after FW upgrade.
if possible, please provide help on how to downgrade or revert its firmware to older version.

Hi Raza,
If the bot is on the DCE private LAN, that makes all the difference...it is a known issue. The resolution is to use Advanced View.
