He is getting the following error. It is a secure site, and he has had to open port 443 on his firewall for this device (DCE physical server).
This is the error he is getting.
According to the firewall logs, the StruxureOn server is also using a UDP port, which is being blocked by the firewall.
Can anyone advise me what to do about this.

Problem solved. Got the client to reboot DCE, and a functionality is normal now
