Hi team
I recently encountered an issue with ,my UPSs that were already being monitored on DCE. they recentl all went to status "Offline" with all sensors showing as "Unplugged", and yet i can launch to device from DCE with no issues.
What are possible caused for this issue?
Network changes?.. what kind of changes?
*Note i cross checked SNMP and FTP Settings on UPS and DCE

Hi Thabo,
Pease note that launching to a device uses Http or https and DCE monitors devices using SNMP or Modbus. It only monitors NetBotz devices with Http.
The most common is SNMP so you may want to look at the following SNMP troubleshooting kbase:
If you’ve lost comm to multiple devices, perhaps a change was made to DCEs configuration settings or a configuration changes was pushed to the devices. Checking the SNMP communications settings for a single device should give you a good idea if that’s what’s happening.
Someone in the network side of things could have also enabled some firewall rules that block specific IPs or protocols on a router etc. that FAQ might provide some direction there too for things like packet captures.
If you’re running DCE 7.6, there’s an snmpwalk utility on the servers web page under status that may also be helpful.
Thanks,
Steve
