Hello,
I wish to change the communication protocol between DCE and DCO and for the devices discovered into DCE from Port 80 to Port 443 and move from SNMP v1 to SNMP v3. I wish to know if this can be done seamlessly without loosing any sensor and device history for NetBotz Devices and UPSs.

Hi Tafadzwa,
I will answer for DCO:
It is okay to change the communication port between DCO and the integrated DCE for 80 to 443 (or vise versa) without any problem. It can be done via DCO desktop client, System Setup > External Systems Configuration, edit the integrated DCE and then push/enable "Use Encryption" (port 443), and then save.
Kind regards

Hi Jeff
For DCO the transition is much smoother. I am more worried for my devices on DCE because I have hundrends of devices with months of data history.
