Hi Blake,
There is no single zip file available that contains all DDF files. This is done purposefully. We don't want anyone downloading all the files and trying to add every one to their DCE system. There are certain processes that occur intermittently that will go through all the DDFs on the system and if you install a few thousand of them (or however many there are), the system could grind to a halt during these times.

May a customer request specific SNMP DDF's for the APC endpoint devices they are monitoring? And if they can; how are they to go about requesting such information?

Hi Blake,
Most (if not all) APC devices are already recognized by the DCE server (no need to add DDFs manually).
As long as the OIDs are recognized by the APC device the DCE should be able to poll the needed values for monitoring.
To request DDFs and to download them manually, you can refer to the link below:

I hope this helps.

Dear Blake Jones,
From your comment:
May a customer request specific SNMP DDF's for the APC endpoint devices they are monitoring?..
In any case, do not hesitate to tell us exactly what your customer needs. And maybe you will get a suitable answer.
In addition, you can and should use resource Feature requests for this.
With respect.
