Dear Ernesto González,
Perhaps you have an incorrect version of the Modbus DDF-file for your ION7650. Tell us please, what is your version of DCE software and what is the version of the Modbus DDF-file for PowerLogic ION 7650? For example, I have the latest DCE-7.5 software and the version powerlogic_ion7650.xml is v.2.
In addition, on the Device Support resource you can also find the ION7650 device as on my screenshot:
Try to press the button I WANT IT TOO and within one or two business days you will be sent a web-link to download the corresponding DDF-file. Import it into your DCE software and try. Maybe this will lead to a positive result.
If, however, you do not succeed, then you need to click on the Request modification web-link as in the screenshot above. As a result, you will make a modification request, i.e. to modify the DDF-file to ensure, that the readings of the sensors in the DCE software are correct.
I hope this helps you 😀.
With respect.

Hi Ernesto,
It looks like the raw values being returned by your ION7650 are all value 0xFFFF, which is showing up as 65535 for unsigned values and -1 for signed values, scaled as appropriate to the sensor.
It's common for Modbus devices to use the value -1 as a "Not Available" flag.
You should check to make sure your ION7650 is properly configured.
Regards,
Glenn Martin
